WAKING UP TIRED IN THE MORNING

If the person sleeps in an environment where there is air pollution or does not ventilate his room sufficiently, he may wake up tired in the morning. If the person sleeps in areas with air pollution, such as industrial areas, he may not get enough sleep even if he sleeps.
