WHAT IS SPRING FATIGUE?

Spring fatigue occurs due to the sudden warming of the air during the transition from winter to spring. The human body, accustomed to cold weather, will suddenly feel sluggish and tired due to the high humidity caused by the heating of the air.

The main reason for this situation is humidity rather than warming of the air. Humidity is much higher in cities with a coast. The number of people living in these cities who show signs of spring fatigue is much higher.

Humid weather has a tiring effect on the human body. In this weather, the amount of oxygen entering our body will decrease.

Humid weather makes it difficult for a person to breathe. Individuals who notice that they cannot breathe healthily often breathe deeply. This situation makes the person very tired.

During the spring months, our body reacts in some way; hair loss, dryness and peeling of the skin can be observed. Spring months are the months when heart attack cases are most common. Without oxygen, the heart vessels narrow, which can cause a heart attack.

The best part of spring is that it provides the opportunity to take plenty of walks outdoors. Nature walks on sunny days will help you get rid of spring fatigue. Moving is very important; The more sedentary you are during the spring months, the more likely you are to feel spring fatigue.

Vitamins and minerals are the most important factors that end spring fatigue. Foods and beverages containing vitamins B and C, magnesium, potassium and calcium minerals should be consumed.

Not getting enough sleep causes fatigue during the day. In the spring months, this fatigue is felt much more. Therefore, it should be slept regularly and adequately. The most important nutrient and the best restorative substance for the body is water.

Water should be drunk frequently to feel energetic during the spring months. Alcohol consumption is an action that exhausts the body quite a lot. Therefore, another important thing to take against spring fatigue is to avoid alcohol consumption. 

Eating only foods high in carbohydrates causes weakness and confusion. Therefore, a balanced diet should be provided. Boiled or baked foods should be consumed instead of fatty foods. Foods made using yeast should not be consumed in excess. Because yeast leads to malaise.
