WHAT IS CRP?

Our bodies are created flawlessly. But if we don't take care of ourselves, from time to time our body can give negative signals. Medical science aims to correct these negativities by following the negative signals given by our body, which has been created in this perfect way.

CRP, whose full name is C-reactive protein, is a protein produced by the liver to stimulate the body. Normally, when we talk about protein, we always think of positive things, but it is very inconvenient to have too much of this protein.

WHAT ARE THE SYMPTOMS OF CRP ELEVATION?

CRP is not a beneficial protein for the body. Therefore, it is appropriate to have a maximum of 10 mg / L in the body. There are a number of symptoms of an excess of C-reactive protein, which is harmful to the body;

If the C-reactive protein is excessive, it causes symptoms such as weakness, fatigue, reluctance, loss of appetite as well as joint and headaches, nausea and tremors. If you have one or more of these symptoms, you should see a specialist immediately.

WHY DOES CRP RISE AND HOW IS IT LOWERED?

One of the biggest factors that increase the rate of CRP in the blood is smoking. Even if the person is not a smoker, smoking in the environment can cause an increase in the C-reactive protein in the blood.

Therefore, someone who encounters this discomfort should definitely not smoke and should stay away from smoking environments. Individuals who do not pay attention to their nutrition and who have overweight problems may also increase the rate of CRP in their blood.

An individual with a healthy and balanced diet is unlikely to have an elevated C-reactive protein ratio.  It is inevitable that individuals who have a stressful lifestyle will have an increase in the rate of C-reactive protein in their blood.

Therefore, the person should stay away from situations that will trigger stress, and if necessary, get support from a specialist to cope with stress. An increase in CRP is also observed in individuals who catch colds because they do not act carefully enough in cold weather.

A person with an increase in C-reactive protein should take care not to catch a cold and stay away from airless and crowded environments where epidemic diseases exist. The increase in the sugar rate in the blood of individuals with diabetes causes high blood pressure as well as high CRP.

An increase in C-reactive protein is also observed in those who suffer from insomnia. Therefore, each individual should sleep for the minimum amount of time that people in their age range should sleep.

Because sleep is the most beneficial medicine, and during sleep, the body's cells renew themselves.
